What started out as co-facilitation with a long-term partner turned into Julie taking over the facilitation of the meeting when her colleague was admitted to the hospital after the first day on site. (She’s fine now, thankfully.) Using the Future Search methodology we helped an organization founded on the legacy of Supreme Court Justice Jackson chart a course for its future by looking back at its past, mapping the trends and having strategic conversations about where to go now. Julie facilitated, visually mapped and looked after her friend/colleague in the hospital, eventually driving her home when she was released.
